• Upon purchase of this support plan, an account for your business is created and credited for the specified number of hours.
• You specify when and how hours are used.
• Hours do not expire until completely used.
• Hours can be replenished, if you so desire.
• Billable time is deducted from the plan as work is done on your project.
• A summary of your account status is emailed, at regular intervals, or per your request.
